IMPORTANT NOTICE- Change of Location for the Annual Meeting

We just found out this afternoon that we can not have our Annual Meeting at the Surf Club this Thursday even though it has been planned for that venue since January. Due to the Hand HS and New London football game being scheduled the same night at the Surf Club athletic fields and the expectation of 4000 to 5000 participants, the Beach and Rec informed us that it would not be possible to hold our event there. TV crews are being brought in and the town is going to limit all traffic to one way going into the park and parking will be a nightmare.

We are instead going to hold our annual meeting this Thursday, September 11th at the Old Memorial Town Hall where we do the demos on the top floor at 5:30 to 7:30.

We hope that everyone will still attend our meeting and enjoy the food and friends as usual.
