Artists Linda Loen and Suzanne Burnham will be exhibiting their artwork at the Madison Town Hall during the months of July and August. Their beautiful work is viewable during regular business hours at 8 Campus Road in Madison
SUZANNE BURNHAM
An artist and naturalist, Suzanne has focused her talents on animal portraiture and the depiction of animals in their natural setting. Her hands-on experience at veterinary hospitals and travels to Africa and Asia have given her special insights that lend a tenderness and strength that is reflected in her work and is unique in the contemporary art world. Her sensitive style of pen and ink and multi-media bring authority to each of her renderings.
Her portraits appear in many exhibitions including Guilford, Essex, Madison, Clinton and currently at the Lyme Art Association as well as community centers, banks, town halls and many others.
LINDA H. LOEN
Linda's careful use of color and value is evident in her peaceful, yet dramatic landscapes. Her passion for light and reflections is obvious in her stunning still life work. Linda has been painting for 13 years and her medium of choice is oils. Her landscapes reflect the richness and uniqueness of the Guilford countryside and the sights she sees in her world travels. Her work was most recently seen at Simply Pearls Gallery, where she was the Guest artist in April.
